Ramchandra Khadka is the owner, chef and face of the ‘Hot Sandwich and Cheese Shop’, currently ranked the 5th best restaurant in all of Pokhara!
Short and sweet this one but its amazing what you can learn over a sandwich, from how egg absorbs all the good stuff in the pan to how the political situation between India and Nepal has a direct effect on the hot drinks prices in the shop!
Ram is an absolute gent and a maestro of his craft, if you’re ever in town make sure you get down to bring a picture for the wall!
